Bob from Van Eerden Foodservices needed a new lighting system in their cold storage warehouse. After learning about potential solutions from traditional electrical firms, Bob asked us to evaluate the situation and offer ideas of what our solution would be. Bob loved our unique design so much, he awarded us the project. 

Results

• Consumers Energy incentive: $58,500

• Federal EPACT tax deduction: 60¢ per square foot

• Payback: 0.9 year

• Estimated annual savings: $78,000

• Reduced CO2 emissions from power consumption by 611 metric tons
