Engineering and design/build
 
In addition to engineering, Midwest Energy Group will design/build all of the work associated with the recommendations detailed in the energy audit. We have a proven track record with design/build projects and construction/project management of projects. In addition, if architectural services are necessary, we will work diligently with the owner’s architectural firm or recommend firms experienced with energy performance projects.

Our construction plan is sensitive to existing facility operations and is developed with the customer, the contractors and subcontractors so as to minimize any inconvenience to building occupants and operations. The cooperation and agreement of all parties is necessary to insure a smooth construction process with little or no interruption to the daily functioning of the facilities being upgraded.

  
 
A substantial part of our work includes design and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems to improve comfort and conserve energy. Our goal is to improve the efficiency of fuel and electrical use through a wide variety of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning system designs, energy cost reduction services, water conservation, indoor air quality investigations and remedial design.
